comfortable beds quick service poor air conditioning bad hairdryer
my classic double room had really comfortable beds, i liked it. the elevators worked very efficiently i never had to wait long. room service was quick, everything came in a timely fashion and it was delicious.
the air conditioning wasn't good, i didn't sleep well because of it. the hairdryer wasn't good either, it didn't work well. there was no conditioner and no iron, not very useful.

The hotel breakfast offered good variety and fresh options. The room was clean, and it included useful amenities. Parking onsite was a plus. I appreciated quiet location and proximity to St Peter's Square.
The elevator made strange jumps sometimes. This situation needs fixing and improvement. Safety and security of customers in the building must be high.

cramped gym old equipment
the breakfast was acceptable with a decent selection of pastries.
The gym was cramped. Space for a proper workout was not available. i wanted to use the sauna, but it was turned off and did not appear clean. the equipment was also old.

I enjoyed my room, it included a beautiful terrace with views. The front office staff seemed friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location is near the Vatican.
The walk from the nearest metro to the hotel includes a pretty steep uphill section.

The room was clean and spacious , well-equipped with all necessities. Breakfast was very good , and check-in was quick. Parking was convenient , and nearby restaurants added to the convenience.
The elevator conditions were not perfect , sometimes jumping.
